Once we confirm our availability for the dates you require, you need to contact us as soon as possible to arrange a meeting where we will make sure that we get on with your pet and that you are happy with us.
This visit is free and you are under no obligation to book our services.
The dates you require will be provisionally held for 24 hrs, giving you time to think things over.
If you are happy with everything all you need to do is confirm your booking.
Once your booking is made we will call again to collect your key before you go away.
And that’s it! Now you can relax.
quick visit -
this is suitable for feeding cats, fish, terrapins etc which do not require any play time
standard visit -
this will usually be 10 mins
feeding your pet and 20 mins play time
custom visit -
plus 15 min additions to increase play
